Another beautiful wedding...

It is indeed a sweet experience when dreams do come true...and it is all the more sweeter, when they are dreams that were conceived in love. On the 3rd of March, 2012, Cognito Studios had the privilege of capturing all the special moments of another beautiful wedding between two lovely people. The married community of Abuja welcomed into their midst, the latest couple in town for that day, while the single (and ready to mingle) looked on in admiration as they lost two people from their fold.

As usual, the day started with what I always call, my favourite part of a wedding, as the bride and her friends underwent the traditional process of making up, dressing up, teasing, laughing, casting anxious glances at the clock, admiring the beautiful bride, dancing to music and posing for pictures.

Through it all, the bride was as cool as a cucumber, calm, collected and ready. It was obviously her special day and nothing was going to take the experience away...

At the appointed time we were off to church to meet the waiting groom. 

I must confess, the reception venue decoration was fantastic. The lighting was good, better than I had hoped for actually because for a while now, I have been contending with poorly lit locations. All in all, a superb reception.

We stole the bride, groom and their train away for a few seconds...to get some shots

Then we were back to the reception venue to make a grand entrance...

And for the rest of the day it was a fun blast...

It was then time for the single ladies to do their thing...

We rocked, we grooved and we had fun...
